If you are a high school senior or a student who has completed high school and has not yet enrolled at another college or university after graduation, you should apply for freshman admission.
Freshman students are those who have not previously enrolled in a regionally accredited college or university, or who have only enrolled in college courses prior to high school graduation.
Admissions 2023-2024
Admissions takes into account a number of factors. For instance, the exact courses you completed in high school and your grades in those courses. Our Course offerings may vary each semester.
The Academic Registrar, Makerere University invites applications from suitable candidates for admission to the following programs offered at the College of Health Sciences for 2023-2023 Academic Year:
- Doctor of Philosophy in Bioinformatics by Coursework and Research (3-5years)
- Master Science in Bioinformatics (MSB) 2years
- Master of Public Health Monitoring and Evaluation (MPHME)-2years
