UNEB eRegistration Payment – Procedure on how to make payment:

PAYMENT FOR e-REGISTRATION

A payment gateway has been developed. This implies that when candidates’ data is uploaded, an invoice is generated, and the information is automatically relayed to the participating banks (Stanbic Bank and Centenary Bank). Schools will select their preferred bank and mode of payment. The invoice number is the key reference to be presented to the bank. Once payment is received, the records are automatically updated. The accepted modes of payment are cash or bank draft only. EFT/RTGS will NOT be allowed. No cash payment will be allowed within UNEB offices.

NOTE: A single bill will be generated for any submitted number of candidates, and will include:

UCE: Registration fee, Private candidate fee (where applicable) Late registration surcharge fee (where applicable)
UACE: Registration fee (including entry fee and PCF) Private candidate fee (where applicable) Late registration surcharge fee (where applicable)

CHECK Uganda National Examinations Board Registration Deadline.

NB: 1. Costs of Institution Choices form (A5) and Photo collection form (PCF) have been included in the new fees. No extra charges should be levied for those items. The money must be paid within a maximum of three days after submission of data. A Center is deemed to have registered candidates only if the registration fees have been fully paid. Any alteration/ amendment to already submitted registration data will attract UNDER PROTEST fees.

The Registration fees are EXCLUSIVE of bank charges.

Know where you can pay from

BANKS

Pay from any branch of CENTENARY BANK OR STANBIC BANK in Uganda

Get your invoice number from EREG PORTAL or from UNEB accounts. Present this invoice number at the counter at the bank. Let them know it’s for UNEB Payment. Make sure you have the full amount as indicated on the Invoice. UNEB eRegistration Payment

Some banks may have extra bank charges when making these payments. Bank charges are separate from the invoice value

MTN MOBILE MONEY

Pay On MTN Mobile Money. Follow These simple steps:

Select 4 (Payments)
Select 3 (School Fees)
Please Select 2 (School Pay)
Select 2 (UNEB Payments)
Enter payment Reference (Invoice Number)
Follow prompts to complete payment

Once payment is completed and successful, you’ll receive an SMS to notify you of this payment
