Please note that St Augustine reserves the right not to offer a particular degree program in any
academic year.

Admission Requirements for Degree programs;

1.Complete High School with excellent grades

2.Achieve the required total Admission Point Score (APS) for the program of choice

3.Achieve the required rating or APS level of each Compulsory subjects in line with faculty requirements

4.Qualify for the Matric Exemption issued by the Matriculation Board (USAF)

5.Meet all other faculty requirements i.e. Portfolio, Clinical Placements

Diploma and Certificate programs:

Undergraduate diplomas and certificate-seeking applicants do not Matric Exemption or an endorsement from the Matriculation Board (USAf).

Admission Requirements for Diploma and Certificate;

1.Complete High School with excellent grades

2.Achieve the required total Admission Point Score (APS) for the program of choice

3.Achieve the required rating or APS level of each Compulsory subjects in line with faculty requirements

4.Meet all other faculty requirements i.e. Portfolio, Clinical Placements

Make sure to review all applicable requirements prior to applying for admission. The admission requirements apply to all students who are interested in pursuing a program or course at the St Augustine College of South Africa.

Postgraduate Application Requirements – The selection Process

Application will not be processed unless accompanied by the following:

1.Certified copy of Applicant’s Identity Document / Passport.

2.Certified copy of matriculation or school-leaving certificate.

3.Certified copies of all other academic transcripts (degrees and qualifications already completed).

4.For Applicants who obtained academic qualifications from outside of South Africa, a SAQA Evaluation Certificate is required for degree study in South Africa. Please contact SAQA directly through the relevant website: www.saqa.gov.za.

5.Proof of payment of the non-refundable application fee. (Proof of payment should be emailed to: postgraduate@staugustine.ac.za; deposit reference: PG + SURNAME + Initials.)
