HOW TO APPLY?

The following steps will guide you to successfully go through your application process:

First, visit the official website of the institution via https://admissions.muni.ac.ug/ to fill your form or acquire your application form at the school’s Campus.
Students should apply within the application cycle. This prevents rejected applications.
Fill in the form with all necessary documentation (Latest Academic Results) that is required of you to support your application. Certified copy of guardian\parent ID, Proof of residence, and Student certified ID.
Remember you will need email address when filling the form, It is, therefore, advisable to create an email address if you don’t have one. Also, remember to provide a valid cell Phone number when filling the forms because the school will text you if you are given admission.

After submitting your application, make sure to send all required documents needed for review.

MUNI UNIVERSITY, MUNI UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

Entry requirements for a Direct Entry Applicants (U.A.C.E)

Eligible applicants should possess:
At least two principal passes at U.A.C.E Level obtained at the same sitting, with at
least (five passes) at U.C.E or its equivalent.

Entry requirements for a Diploma Holder Applicants

Eligible applicants should possess:
Holders of at least a Second Class or Credit Diploma from a recognized institution relevant to the program applied for.

The following is the MUNI Undergraduate programs and their respective tuition fees:

Bachelor of Science In Information Technology
(Duration: 3 years)
Tuition fee per Semester
Ugandans, EA, & South Sudan (UGX 1,250,000). International
students (USD 1,250)

Bachelor of Information Systems (Duration: 3 years)
Tuition fee per Semester
Ugandans, EA, & South Sudan (UGX 1,300,000). International
students (USD 1,300)

Bachelor of Science with Education (duration: 3 years)
Tuition fee per Semester:
Ugandans, EA, & South Sudan (UGX 735,000), and
International students (USD 735)

Bachelor of Nursing Science (Duration: 4 years)
Tuition fee per Semester
Ugandans, EA, & South Sudan (UGX 1,344,000). International
students (USD 1,344)

ONLINE APPLICATION GUIDELINES

A) Things you need
a. An email address and contact number
b. You academic Documents to pick Key detail like award institution, index number for o and a level, year of award or sitting etc.
c. An Internet Connection

B) How to Do it
Step 1: Accessing the Application Portal Link
Access The online application link above. Ensure that the page is secure before you continue.
NOTE: There might be other websites masquerading as the application portal. Only access the link above or advertised by the university.

Step 2: Signup
– Signup by clicking the orange signup button at the bottom of the page. If you cannot see the button, your browser could be having a zoom in setting. Zoom out holding down the “CTRL” button and pressing “+” button on PC and “CMD”and “+” on Mac.

– A password (six-digit number) will be sent to Your mobile number and your email address.
NOTE: Sometimes depending on your Mobile Telecom service provider, the
message may delay or not be delivered. In this case, don’t panic, simply check your email. The same information is sent to your email as well.
– Login using this password and your email address or your mobile number by selecting the “login with Tel No” option
– After Logging in, you will be prompted to change the password to the one you can remember. Password should have at least a length of six Characters

The system will take you back to the login prompt to now login with your new password.

Step 3 Filling a Form

After Logging in, click on the “APPLY NOW” Button to view the advertised Schemes.

Read the instructions carefully of each of the scheme you want to apply for

Fill in the application form accordingly. To submit there is minimum information that must be captured. If you don’t have this information ready, simply save the form and return later to complete it when you have all the information required to submit the application form. Once the form is completely filled and submitted the following actions can be done

It’s a pleasure and opportunity for me to comment on what i want to know about the university of makeni.i am moses thullah,a civil servant working for the independent media commission of sierra Leone.i have sat last year to my WASSEC and i got six credit without english.i have also in progress to reseat.i don’t known if i would be allowed to do my degree.
