Applications for admission to honors degrees and postgraduate diplomas for the 2022 academic year
Everyone wanting to start a new qualification must apply for admission, including first-time Milpark Business School applicants, students changing to a new qualification and/or changing the specialization of their current qualification, and applicants in their final year of an undergraduate qualification who wish to continue with postgraduate studies.
Before you begin your application :
- We want to make sure that you have made the right choice for your career. If you have any doubt about your choice, please contact our career counsellor at: counselling@milpark.ac.za
- Ensure that you meet the minimum requirements and have all required documentation for your selected program, as specified in the information pack available on each course page.
- Application closing dates are also on the specific course pages.
- Ensure that you apply for admission well before the close of registration to avoid disappointment. Late applications will only be considered for the following semester.
- We require your valid 13-digit South African ID number in order to validate your application. Milpark Education respects your personal information.
- Students applying on a new program must complete an admission application and receive academic acceptance onto the program before registering for individual subjects.
Exemptions
If you have completed a qualification at another accredited institution, you may be eligible for subject exemptions.
To apply for an Exemption:
- submit the relevant application if any of the modules you have completed previously (no more than 10 years ago) are similar to the modules on the qualification you are applying for.
- submit your original exemption application form together with originally certificated documents to Milpark.
Note: If you have previously completed a qualification at Milpark Education, you may also be eligible for subject exemptions, however these will be automatically granted on admission. No application is required.
Application Requirements – The selection Process
What does the selection process entail?
Admission Requirements for Degree programs:
1.Complete High School with excellent grades
2.Achieve the required total Admission Point Score (APS) for the program of choice
3.Achieve the required rating or APS level of each Compulsory subjects in line with faculty requirements
4.Qualify for the Matric Exemption issued by the Matriculation Board (USAF)
5.Meet all other faculty requirements i.e. Portfolio, Clinical Placements
Diploma and Certificate programs:
Undergraduate diplomas and certificate-seeking applicants do not Matric Exemption or an endorsement from the Matriculation Board (USAF).
Admission Requirements for Diploma and Certificate;
1.Complete High School with excellent grades
2.Achieve the required total Admission Point Score (APS) for the program of choice
3.Achieve the required rating or APS level of each Compulsory subjects in line with faculty requirements
4.Meet all other faculty requirements i.e. Portfolio, Clinical Placements

How to Apply?
The following steps will guide you to successfully go through your application process:
- First, visit the official website of the institution via https://www.milpark.ac.za/ to fill your form or acquire your application form at the school’s Campus. Students should apply within the application cycle. This prevents rejected applications.
- Fill in the form with all necessary documentation (Latest Academic Results) that is required of you to support your application. Certified copy of guardian\parent ID , Proof of residence, and Student certified ID.
- Remember you will need email address when filling the form, It is, therefore, advisable to create an email address if you don’t have one. Also, remember to provide a valid cell Phone number when filling the forms because the school will text you if you are given admission.
- A full application submitted entirely must include the certified copy of your ID and a certified copy of your latest school results as stated above.
