Course Profile
The Master of Research and Public Policy is a full-time two-year programme covered in four semesters, including field experience and thesis. It is designed to propel applicants to the centre of decision-making in Africa, by equipping them with knowledge and skills in research for public policy, a deep understanding of universal theories and concepts, and appreciation of the common challenges countries face.
The MRPP is a collaborative programme between the Partnership for African Social and Governance Research (PASGR) and 12 universities across Africa which deliver the uniformly using a common curriculum and award an internationally recognized degree. FBC Master Of Research in Public Policy Course
To apply, a candidate must have either a Master Degree or Upper Second Class Bachelor’s Degree or higher or Lower Second class Bachelor’s Degree and at last two years’ experience in a research or policy field or a post graduate diploma. In exceptional case, applicants with a very strong work experience who do not meet the minimum academic qualification may be considered in line with respective university norms and practices. These are standardized across all participating universities
